How product moves through the facility

From seed to sealed unit, in four stages.

Each stage is run in-house, so a batch never has to leave the building to change hands.

01

Cultivate

Strains grown to a fixed spec — same genetics, same conditions, run after run.

02

Process

Trim, cure, and grade before anything moves toward packaging.

03

Package

Rolled, weighed, and sealed under your brand or ours, to Health Canada packaging rules.

04

Distribute

Palletized and routed to provincial boards or your named distributor.

The facility

One address, every stage of production.

Fire Ganja operates as a licensed producer out of Barrie, Ontario. Brand owners bring the genetics, the recipe, or just the label — we handle the parts of the operation that require a license to run.

If you're evaluating co-packers, ask the questions this sheet already answers.

Why brand owners switch to us

What a co-packing relationship should feel like.

Not a knock on the rest of the industry — just what we hear brand owners wish worked differently before they found us.

TYPICAL CO-PACKER

Common friction points

  • Quotes take a week to come back
  • Minimum run sizes locked to their equipment, not your order
  • Packaging compliance is your problem to catch
  • Cultivation, processing, and packaging split across vendors
FIRE GANJA

  • Direct line to the facility — no account-manager relay

Every co-packer runs differently — these are the questions worth asking whoever you choose, including us.

Services

Four ways to work with us.

Most partners use one of these as an entry point, then add the others as volume grows.

Frequently asked

Before you request a quote.

The questions we get most from brand owners looking at co-packing for the first time.

What is cannabis co-packing?

Co-packing is when a licensed producer manufactures and packages product on behalf of a brand owner, so the brand doesn't need its own cultivation or processing license to bring a product to market.

Do I need my own Health Canada license to work with you?

No. That's the point of co-packing — our license covers production and packaging, so you can focus on the brand and the sales relationships.

What's the difference between co-packing and white label?

Co-packing produces and packages your product under your existing brand. White label uses a shared base product that different brands package under their own label, usually with lower minimums and faster turnaround.

What formats do you package?

Dried flower and pre-roll formats today. Send us your spec — strain, format, and target volume — and we'll quote what's possible.

Can you get my product into stores outside Ontario?

As a Health Canada licensed producer, we can support product submissions to any provincial distributor across Canada — OCS, BCLDB, AGLC, SQDC, and the rest — not just the board here in Ontario. Requirements and timelines vary by province.

What is contract growing?

Contract growing means you bring the genetics — your own strain or one you want propagated — and we grow it to a fixed spec at our facility, without you needing your own cultivation license.

How long does a quote take?

We aim to turn quotes around quickly once we have your product spec and target volume. Reach out through the contact form and we'll follow up directly.
